Office Locations
Our offices are open from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday. The Parhump office is open on some Wednesday. Appointments may be scheduled with our staff during standard business hours. You can also click on “Request an Appointment” to send us an email about your preferred day and time for an appointment. When you call to schedule, please feel free to confidentially disclose the nature of your medical problem so we can ensure enough time for your visit. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule with the first available appointment. Your appointment will be confirmed at least one day prior to your visit to our office. We can confirm your appointment by email or text message if you prefer. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment whenever possible. Failure to do so may incur a fee.
